Identification: Legal Name and Email for health certificates and digital GST invoicing.
Communication: Verified Phone Numbers for real-time transit coordination and post-sales growth support.
Logistics: Complete Physical Address for fulfillment from our Ludhiana (Dugri) or Mohali (Kharar) hubs.

2. Fraud Prevention & Financial Safety

4. Data Retention Policy

To ensure effective health monitoring and post-adoption support:

Successful Adoptions (365 Days): Data is retained for one year to honor health guarantees (e.g., Distemper/Parvo) and provide breed-specific nutritional guidance.
Cancelled Orders (240 Days): Information is retained for 8 months to resolve banking disputes or audit trails.

5. Your Privacy Rights

You hold the "Right to be Forgotten." You may request the permanent deletion of your data from our servers. Once an order is completed and the health guarantee period has lapsed, data will be purged within 48 business hours of your request, provided no legal transit requirements are active.
