Official Agreement for Maharashtra Pets Online
Operated in strategic partnership with The Dog Land (Ludhiana) and Nearby Pets India.

To ensure the safety of our patrons and the welfare of our animals, we strictly enforce these digital safety standards across Maharashtra:

- Fraud Alert: If you are approached by anyone asking for "Emergency Transit Insurance" or "Gate Pass Fees" via personal UPI, notify our LUDHIANA SUPPORT TEAM immediately.
1. The 35/65 Financial Obligation Model
1.1 Booking Commitment: Engagement with Maharashtra Pets Online requires a formal reservation protocol. A companion animal is deemed "Reserved" only upon the successful clearance of a 35% non-refundable advance deposit. Verbal confirmations or screenshots of intent do not hold a pet in our nursery.
1.2 Resource Allocation: The 35% advance serves as the operational capital for "Fit to Travel" readiness. This includes the immediate scheduling of a comprehensive veterinary physical exam, administration of deworming, and the procurement of legal transit permits required for movement within or outside the state of Maharashtra.
1.3 Final Handover: The remaining 65% balance is a mandatory "On-Delivery" payment. The courier or logistics representative is legally instructed not to release the animal until the final payment is verified in our corporate accounts.
⚠️ CRITICAL MEDICAL COVERAGE NOTICE
Maharashtra Pets Online provides a highly specific 7-day health warranty. This warranty is STRICTLY LIMITED to the following viral contagions:
- PARVO-VIRUS (CPV)
- CANINE DISTEMPER
Coverage Requirements: To process a medical claim, the buyer must provide a laboratory-confirmed report and a Medical Certificate from a licensed Veterinary Surgeon (B.V.Sc & AH) within 24 hours of the first symptom.
Exclusions: We do not cover environmental stress, minor coughs (Kennel Cough), or issues arising from improper feeding or sudden climate changes (extreme Maharashtra winters/heatwaves) after the handover.
2. Breed Purity & Aesthetic Guarantees
2.1 Lifetime Authenticity: We provide a solemn Lifetime Purity Guarantee. We certify that the breed delivered is 100% accurate to the lineage promised. If at any point during the pet's life, a certified DNA test proves otherwise, we offer full legal recourse.
2.2 Media Synchronization: We guarantee a 95% visual match between the videos/photos shared during booking and the actual pet delivered. Customers must acknowledge that minor physiological changes in ear carriage and coat pigment are natural in developing neonates.
3. Logistics & Transit Welfare
3.1 Logistics Management: All shipping and physical fulfillments are managed directly by The Dog Land (Ludhiana) and Nearby Pets India. Standard transit readiness requires 5 to 7 working days to ensure all medical and legal benchmarks are met.
3.2 Safe Passage Clause: We reserve the right to postpone transit if regional weather conditions (extreme fog, floods, or heatwaves) threaten the animal. No refunds will be issued for delays caused by the safety-first "Weather Protocol."
4. Liability & Digital Conduct
4.1 Handover Protocol: At the moment of arrival, the Customer is required to record a continuous "Handover & Unboxing Video". This serves as the only valid proof of the pet's condition upon arrival. Without this video, no health or physical claims will be entertained.
4.2 Behavioral Liability: Once the final 65% payment is made and the pet is in the Customer's possession, Maharashtra Pets Online and its partners are not liable for any property damage, behavioral issues, or temperament changes.
