To protect our operations and ensure fair access for all, we strictly enforce a Fair Usage & Anti-Fraud Policy. These terms govern every coupon, referral credit, and seasonal discount offered on our platform.

1. Eligibility & Usage Terms

Discount codes at Maharashtra Pets Online are issued for specific events like "Ludhiana Pet Expo Specials," festive offers (Diwali/Gurpurab), or first-time parent rewards.

Single Household Rule: Unless stated, codes are limited to one use per customer, verified by mobile number, address, and IP address.
Personal Use Only: Exclusive codes sent via SMS or Email are tied to your registered account and are non-transferable.
No Stacking: Our system allows only one (1) promotional code per transaction. Codes cannot be combined with existing "Sale" items unless specified.

2. System Abuse & Right to Revoke

A. Enforcement Actions

If a violation is confirmed, we will take the following steps:

Order Voiding: The order will be cancelled, and a refund will be issued after deducting payment gateway charges.
Price Adjustment: We may offer the customer the choice to pay the Full Market Price to proceed with the delivery.
Ecosystem Ban: Serious abuse will result in a permanent blacklist from Maharashtra Pets Online, The Dog Land, and Nearby Pets India services.

B. Stock Contingency
